TERMS & CONDITIONS OF LODGEMENT
1. This is a male hostel and room is to be kept clean all the time.
2. Please switch off fans and lights when leaving for work.
3. No pets are allowed in this premise.
4. Strictly NO DRUGS allowed or legal action shall be taken against the wrong doer.
5. This is a MUSLIM premise, therefore ALCOHOL or WOMEN are NOT allowed in.
6. DO NOT leave bathroom messy after use. Please make sure to flush toilet after use.
7. No visitors are allowed in, except for parents and siblings.
8. Please clean kitchen after use, throw your own rubbish out.
9. Noises after midnight are not welcome. If complaints are received, you may have to leave.
10. We are not responsible for losses or damages of belongings for own negligence.
11. Please to be sure to lock your door when leaving for work.
12. Entrance gate is to be locked all the time.
13. Smelly shoes will be thrown away without notice.
