TERMS & CONDITIONS
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Guests are responsible to purchase own travel insurance from country of origin, with minimum value of USD 80,000. We recommend to take up travel insurance for a period of 1 year.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Guests are responsible to provide travel documents such as valid passports, Covid 19 related test results, health requirements and any other documents required by Malaysian and/or Foreign government
Geo Travel shall provide complete itinerary inclusive of an assigned licensed tour guide before guest arrive Malaysia.
Geo Travel shall provide complete itinerary inclusive of an assigned licensed tour leader for overseas trip.
TOURS
Pre-scheduled tours which has been paid shall not be refunded in the event that the tour(s) are not utilized by guests
PAYMENT
- Upon acceptance of our invoice, Geo Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd reserve the right to receive payment from guests
- Deposit of 50% shall be required 14 days before arrival
- Full payment must be made 7 days before arrival
- Payment can be made via PayPal or to the following bank account :
REFUND
Guests are eligible for 100% refund for 30 days notice, 75% for 21 days notice, 50% for 14 days notice and 25% for 7 days notice provided to us. Service Charge USD 100 shall not be refudable.
FLIGHTS
Flight arrivals and departures are merely estimates. For flight cancellations and rescheduling due to weather or other circumstances, Geo Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any guests losses.
TRANSPORTATION
During guests stay, Geo Travel & Tours reserve the rights to provide either Vios, Almeera Avanza or Serena for the purpose of tours and transfers
RESPONSIBILITY
Guests are responsible to abide by the rules and regulations set by Malaysian and/or Foreign Governments throughout their stay
