TERMS & CONDITIONS

EFFECTIVE DATE : 1 JUNE 2025

Agents are appointed individuals or companies who are allowed to carry out marketing and promotion activities under the banner of Geo Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd
Certificate of Agency with agency numbers will be provided to accepted agents and shall be used to prove their legality to customers.
Agents or companies are only allowed to collect proceeds and money from customers using Geo Travel & Tours account.
Any other accounts used for collections is considered illegal, breach of agreement, and subject to legal actions.
Geo Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd will not be held responsible for money collections credited to other accounts not belonging to Geo Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd.
Pricing of holiday packages must be agreeable by Geo Travel before it is disseminated to any platform for marketing or promotions.
Before an agent carry out promotions of holiday packages, he or she is required to sign an agency agreement.
Agents are required to design their own flyers & costings and submitted to Geo Travel for approval.
Geo Travel takes 5% of every package prices.
All packages promoted in any media social are required to link back tour our website for verification of legality.
Any packages promoted in any platform, which is not listed in our website is considered illegal.
Only agents listed is this site are allowed to carry out promotions and holiday packages.
