REFUND
- Guests are eligible for 100% refund for minimum 21 days notice, 50% refund for 14 Days Notice and 25% refund for 7 Days or less notice.
- Pre-scheduled tours which has been paid shall not be refunded in the event that the tour(s) are not utilized by guests
FLIGHTS
- Flight arrivals and departures are merely estimates.
- For flight cancellations and rescheduling due to weather or other circumstances, Geo Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd and its Authorized Agents shall not be liable for any guest losses.
HEALTH & SAFETY RESPONSIBILITY
- Guests are responsible to abide by the rules and regulations set by the government of Malaysia and any foreign destinations
- Guests are fully responsible for any damages made to car rentals
